Winter Academy provides exceptional and intense athletic training for our high-performing and dedicated competition athletes in all disciplines - freestyle, freeride, and snowboard alpine. Winter Academy provides a total of 3 days of competition support and training throughout the winter season with our best coaches. Athletes commit to Saturdays and/or Sundays and select the weekday(s) that work best for them - all day Friday or a combination of two half days (Tuesday or Friday afternoon at Stowe or Tuesday or Wednesday after school at Bolton Valley).

Academy athletes receive: 

• Access to our top-tier coaches

• Three days of coach-supported training

• Coaching at all regional USASA or IFSA competitions including NVT, SVT, ADK, NH, and Maine Mtn (Personal travel expenses which may include lift tickets, ground tansportation, and lodging as well as GMA travel coach club fees apply to out-of-series comps.)

• Coaching at USASA & IFSA National Competitions 

• Transportation to regional trainings and events in the team van when available

• Access to GMA dryland training at Elevate 

• Access to GMA's private terrain park

• A coach-supported competition schedule

• Invitation-only travel training trips 

• A GMA membership

Not included: Lift tickets/season pass(es); Fees for expenses incurred by GMA to transport and lodge  coaches at competitions and training events; Airline costs for travel training and competitions; Athlete lodging costs; Coaching or training in excess of the included three days​​
